Looks like fall stormy weather!
9-12 English
In your journal summarize information about poet Robert Frost. Who was he? Where did he live? Why did he write about nature?
Read "Stopping by the Woods" p. 75
We'll discuss this tomorrow, but write an 8-line (or longer) poem on nature using a rhyme scheme of your choice.
Vocab due Friday.

World History: In Up Front read "10 Supreme Court Cases Every Teen Should Know"
Chose a case and write a response to the court's decision. Do you agree or disagree/ What impact does this have on teens?

6-8 English: Complete the first reading log entry based on your Newberry book. If your book is finished, then begin another book of your choice and comment on that reading.

List five short term goals and then show how you would work toward accomplishing one of those goals.

Alaska History: In your journal, list five things you now know about the Constitution. Also, research and find out when George washington became President of the United States.

Come to school with a travel lunch, boots, and rain gear as we will be doing a field trip in the Park departing school at noon and returning at 1:30 PM.
