Challenge: Write a short story with illustrations and pictures on the side similar to "Welcome to Anywhere"

My example poem

I walked in the mud
Squishy and slimy
Sucky and slippery
When out between my bare toes
Slipped the words of a poem
Clinging to my big toenail
Then suddenly racing around my foot
And hiding at my heel
Nibbling at my old blister
Like a long-lost sister

or
 Poetry hides
under the scatter rug,
in a ripe pea pod,
below  the tall spruce tree,
in a rusted mountain bike,
along a slimy slug trail,
in my Guatemalan backpack,
above the nimbus clouds,
in my head.
